Sales

When you decide to purchase an item via the Het Honingmagazijn webshop, we process your name, address, phone number, and email address in our system. The data is processed for the delivery of your ordered product, possibly creating an invoice, as well as for warranty and service. We share your data with third parties to arrange the delivery, specifically with MyParcel.

Newsletter

Het Honingmagazijn occasionally sends out a newsletter. For this purpose, we process your name and email address. You can unsubscribe from each newsletter. This can be done by sending an email to info@honingmagazijn.nl.

Contact

When you wish to be contacted by Het Honingmagazijn, you can fill out the contact form on our website. By filling out that form, we process your name, address, email address, and phone number. You can also contact us by phone or via social media. In that case, we process the same data.

Financial Administration

Het Honingmagazijn is legally required to keep invoices it sends. The same applies to order confirmations. For the creation of the order confirmation and invoice, your name, address, email address, and phone number are processed.

Applications

When you apply for a vacancy at Het Honingmagazijn or send an open application, we process your name, address, phone number, and email address as part of the application procedure. If you include additional personal data in your CV, this is also processed. If you are hired, we retain your data. If you are not hired, your data is destroyed.

Security and Surveillance via CCTV

Het Honingmagazijn uses CCTV around the company premises for security and monitoring of persons and goods. It is possible that you appear in these images, and therefore, these images may be processed as personal data.

Retention Periods

Het Honingmagazijn applies the following retention periods:

  • Newsletter: until unsubscribed
  • Sales: 5 years after last customer contact
  • Financial Administration: 7 years
  • Contact Form: 30 days, or after processing
  • CCTV Footage: 4 weeks after the recordings are made, or after an incident has been resolved

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

Het Honingmagazijn processes the aforementioned personal data for its own purposes. However, it uses third parties (processors) who, based on their tasks, also have access to your personal data. These are:

  • MyParcel processes customer data for Het Honingmagazijn in order to process and send orders. MyParcel shares this data with PostNL, the parcel carrier.

We handle the personal data you entrust to us with care and take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your data. We ensure that only necessary persons have access to your data. Additionally, all personal data is transmitted via a secure SSL connection.

Access, Correction, and Right to Object

If your data is known to Het Honingmagazijn, you have the right, after written request, to access your personal data. If the data provided by Het Honingmagazijn contains inaccuracies, you can request us in writing to correct the data.
